| 通过某商业综合体的工程设计实例，指出该项目防火设计中存在的主要问题并进行讨论分析，从防火分隔、安全疏散、消防系统设计等方面重点阐述了将商业综合体中的室内步行街设计为“亚安全区”、两侧精品店设计为“防火单元”的措施，并对面积超过规范要求的IMAX影厅从防火分隔、安全疏散、消防设施、装修装饰等方面提出了防火设计优化措施，最后利用数值模拟方法验证了该方案的有效性，旨在为《建筑设计防火规范》GB50016-2014施行后商业综合体的防火设计提供参考. |

| Abstract: |
| An urban complex was used as an example to point out the problems in fire protection design. Some measures were proposed to design indoor pedestrian street as quasi-security zone, and both sides of the shops as fire units in points of fire-resistant partition, safety evacuation and fire protection system. Similarly, some countermeasures in fire-resistant partition, safety evacuation, fire control facilities and decoration were put forward to ensure IMAX theater’s fire safety. Finally, numerical simulations were carried out to verify the effectiveness of these measures, in order to provide references for fire protection design with the implementation of code for fire protection design of buildings (GB 50016-2014). |
