      针对光热大功率碟式太阳能电站聚能器网架精确数学模型建立困难,而又迫切需要精确分析结果的实际,建立了25 kW碟式太阳能电站聚能器网架的ANSYS有限元模型,对聚能器网架在正常工作条件和结构校验载荷下的强度特性进行了校验分析,得到了相应的变形和应力云图及一系列重要结论.研究表明:在常规工作条件下,自重对网架变形有较大影响,随着网架高度角的增加,网架变形逐渐增大,当高度角为90°时网架变形量达到最大值61 mm;在结构校验载荷下,聚能器网架结构满足强度要求.所作研究为检验和优化聚能器网架结构提供了理论依据.

      According to the difficulties in the establishment of precise mathematical model for photothermal high-power dish solar power station concentrator grid, and the urgent need for a precise analysis results, ANSYS finite element model for 25 kW dish solar power station concentrator grid was constructed, based on the model, checking analysis for concentrator grid was done on the strength characteristics under normal operating condition and structure checksum load. Stress and deformation cloud picture and a serious important conclusion gained were as follows. Firstly, in normal working conditions, the weight of the grid have great impact on its deformation, deformation increases gradually with the increases of grid altitude angle, and when the altitude angle is 90°, the degree of deformation reaches maximum value of 61mm. Secondly, concentrator grid structure meets the demands under the structure check load. The study provides theoretical basis for the testing and optimization of concentrator grid.
