      采冶历史长、水文地质条件复杂的冶金工业地区,区域地下水环境往往存在严重的历史污染问题,使广大环评工作者难以准确识别项目可能造成污染的目标含水层,进而无法客观评价区域地下水环境污染现状.以湖南某地冶金类建设项目地下水环境影响评价为例,就以上2个难题提出了可行的解决方法.在充分调研多种资料,明确区域地下水系统与污染对象所属地下水系统的基础上,可利用历史动态数据确定目标含水层及其补给、径流、排泄条件.查明区域地下水污染现状的目的是辨识已存在的历史污染情况,合理预测污染物的运移趋势.因此,对比地下水背景值及不同时期的水质数据,分析污染物积累和迁移特征是现状评价的关键.最后,讨论了如何利用分析结果指导地下水环境现状调查及影响预测评价工作.

      Regional groundwater environment often has serious historical pollution problems in metallurgical industrial areas, which were mining and smelting for a long time under complex hydrogeological conditions. The difficulties for environmental impact assessment researchers usually refer to hard to accurately identifying the target aquifers which were polluted by the project probably, and objectively evaluating regional groundwater pollution status. The metallurgical construction project groundwater environmental impact assessment in Hunan province was taken for example, and visible solutions of the mentioned problems were put forward. Through sufficient investigations of various information, the regional groundwater system was divided and the system which will be polluted. On the basis of analyzing historical groundwater dynamic data, it is practical to confirm the target aquifers of the system and their runoff and discharging conditions. The purpose of ascertaining regional groundwater pollution status was to recognize existing historical pollution objectively, and predict the transport trend of pollutants reasonably. Therefore, comparing with groundwater background values and groundwater quality data of different periods to analyze pollutants accumulation and transportation characteristics was the vital method of the groundwater status assessment. At last, the problem was discussed, how to use the result to guide status survey and the future impact forecast.
