| 耦合文化创意和技术创新的创意农业是农村经济增长的动力.在深入分析创意农业影响因素的基础上引进创意农业企业家精神，借鉴内生经济增长理论构建三因素模型.以湖南省沅江市芦苇产业的变迁为例，探讨创意农业对农村经济发展的影响.结果表明，创意农业促进传统农业结构的转型升级，创造农村非农就业机会吸引农村劳动力就地就近转移就业，增加农村居民收入缩小城乡收入差距，增加农村活力避免农村“空心化”. |

| Creative agriculture coupling culture creativity and technology innovation is the motive force of rural economic growth. Three factors model was constructed by way of the endogenous economic growth theory on the basis of analysising the creative agriculture’s influnce factors to introduce the entrepreneurship. The changes were analysed, that of the reed industry of Yuanjiang city in Hunan province to explore the influence of creative agriculture on rural economic development. The results show that the creative agriculture to promote transformation and upgrading of traditional agricultural structure, increase rural employment opportunities to attract rural labor transfer employment on the spot or in the vicinity, increase rural residents’ income to narrow the income gap between rural and urban area, and increase rural energy to avoid the “hollowing out” in the countryside. |
