      采用压制烧结工艺制备白云母/UHMWPE(超高分子量聚乙烯)复合材料并进行了材料的机械力学性能及冲蚀磨损实验.云母填充质量份数5%时,复合材料冲蚀磨损性能最好,同条件下比纯UHMWPE降低约30%,只有45#钢的0.08 倍左右.相关性分析表明,材料冲击韧性与动强度应力的乘积值与冲蚀磨损量有较好的对应规律,该乘积最大值对应最小的冲蚀磨损量.云母填充质量份数在5%以内时,复合材料冲蚀磨损量随材料硬度、静动态屈服应力及吸能效率增加而降低,填充量大于5%以后,无论上述性能参数如何变化,冲蚀磨损量均增大.
英文摘要:
      Composites of micro-crystal muscovite/UHMWPE (ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene) wear prepared by pressing-sintering, the mechanical properties and erosion tests of the composites were carried out.The erosion resistance of the composites materials with the filling amount of 5% was the best ,and the erosion rate was about 30% lower than that of pure UHMWPE, and only about 0.08 times of 45# steel under the same condition. According to correlation analysis, the product of the impact toughness and the dynamic yield stress of the material had a good corresponding law to the erosion rate of the composites materials and the maximum of the product corresponded to the minimum of the erosion rate. The erosion wear rate of the composites was decreased with the increase of the material hardness, static and dynamic yield stress and energy absorption efficiency when the filling amount was not more than 5%. After the filling amount was more than 5%, no matter how the above performance parameters changed, the erosion amount increased.
