      研究了以低品位软锰矿为原料,用玉米秸秆和稻草为混合还原剂,在硫酸介质中还原浸出锰的效果.通过单因素实验确定了玉米秸秆和稻草-硫酸还原浸锰的适宜工艺条件,该适宜工艺条件如下:软锰矿粒径为109 μm,玉米秸秆和稻草的质量比为1∶1.5,玉米秸秆和稻草还原剂与软锰矿的质量比为3∶10,硫酸浓度为3.0 mol/L,液固比为10 mL/g,反应温度为90 ℃,反应时间为80 min.在适宜的浸出工艺条件下,软锰矿中锰的浸出率可达97%以上,锰的浸出效果较好.

      The reductive leaching effect of manganese was studied using low-grade pyrolusite as raw material,corn stlak and rice straw as compound reductive agent in sulfuric acid medium. The appropriate technical conditions of reducion leaching of manganese from low-grade pyrolusite with corn stlak and rice straw-sulfuric acid by single-factor test were confirmed. The appropriate technical conditions were as follows:pyrolusite particle size was 109 μm,the mass ratio of corn stlak to rice straw was 1∶1.5,the mass ratio of reductive agent of corn stlak and rice straw to pyrolusite was 3∶10,sulfuric acid concentration was 3.0mol/L,the liquid-to-solid ratio was 10 mL/g,reaction temperature was 90 ℃ and reaction time was 80 min. The leaching rate of manganese in pyrolusite reached above 97% under the appropriate leaching conditions,the leaching effect of manganese was better.
