      目的:研究光源对土人参、金刺梨以及箭叶秋葵生长状况、黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性特性,为药用植物人工种植与应用提供理论依据。方法:采用新型半导体发光二极管(LED)以及补光灯钠灯(HPS)光源处理,观察并检测药用植物生长变化、黄酮类化合物和抗氧化活性变化规律。结果:LED光源照射三种中药的生长速度以及直径增加的速度为土人参>箭叶秋葵>金刺梨,说明经LED光照照射可促进植物的生长。同时经过LED光源照射3种中药其根茎叶的生物量累积较为照射显著增加(p<0.001),说明可增加植物的碳贮藏量。LED照射可使土人参和金刺梨根茎叶中黄酮含量显著增加(p<0.001),箭叶秋葵根部的黄酮含量显著增加(p<0.001),茎叶中黄酮含量虽然增加但不显著。研究比较发现3种中药中超氧化物阴离子含量在根茎叶中有差异,超氧化物阴离子含量均在0.7以上,经过LED处理3种中药其超氧化物因子含量均呈现降低。土人参、金刺梨和箭叶秋葵根和叶总抗氧化能力增强。结论:LED可影响植物中药的生长速度与碳累积,适量的增加光源利于植物中草药植物的生长,为此药用植物的栽培提供理论基础。

      Objective: To study the growth status, flavonoid content and antioxidant activity of the light source on ginseng, Roxburnetin and okra of arrowroot, and to provide a theoretical basis for the artificial cultivation and application of medicinal plants. Methods: New semiconductor LED (LED) and sodium (HPS) light source were used to observe and detect the changes of growth, flavonoids and antioxidant activity of medicinal plants. Results: the growth rates and diameters of the three herbs under LED light were > of ginseng, > of okra and > of roxburne, indicating that LED light could promote the growth of plants. At the same time, the biomass accumulation of the roots, stems and leaves of the three herbs was significantly increased after LED light irradiation (P <0.001), indicating that the carbon storage of the plants could be increased.LED irradiation significantly increased the content of flavonoids in the roots and leaves of Panax ginseng and Roxburna (P <0.001), the content of flavonoids in the roots of okra in arrowleaf (P <0.001), and the content of flavonoids in the stems and leaves of okra in arrowleaf increased but not significantly. The results showed that the content of superoxide anion in the roots and leaves of the three traditional Chinese medicines was different. The content of superoxide anion in the three traditional Chinese medicines was all above 0.7. After LED treatment, the content of superoxide factor in the three traditional Chinese medicines was reduced.The total antioxidant capacity of roots and leaves of Panax ginseng, Roxburghii and okra was enhanced. Conclusion: LED can affect the growth rate and carbon accumulation of herbal medicines in plants, and increasing light source is beneficial to the growth of herbal medicines in plants, which provides a theoretical basis for the cultivation of medicinal plants.
