      海底多金属硫化物采掘头工作过程中,其比能耗以及载荷波动是比较突出的问题。根据采掘头的相关设计研究,建立了螺旋滚筒采掘头切削海底多金属硫化物的几何模型和力学模型,并确定优化设计目标函数、优化变量和优化设计边界条件。基于NSGA-II优化算法,引入正交实验的概念进行算法改进,以比能耗、载荷波动系数为优化目标,将采掘头最优破碎性能参数范围值作为边界条件,使用改进的NSGA-II算法对采掘头的参数进行多目标优化,获得最佳优化参数,为采掘头设计提供数据参考。

      In the working process of seabed polymetallic sulfide mining head, its specific energy consumption and load fluctuation are prominent problems. According to the relevant design and research of mining head, the geometric model and mechanical model of cutting seabed polymetallic sulfide with spiral drum mining head are established, and the optimization design objective function, optimization variables and optimization design boundary conditions are determined. Based on NSGA-II optimization algorithm, the concept of orthogonal experiment is introduced to improve the algorithm. Taking specific energy consumption and load fluctuation coefficient as the optimization objectives, the optimal crushing performance parameter range of the mining head is taken as the boundary condition. The improved NSGA-II algorithm is used for multi-objective optimization of the parameters of the mining head to obtain the optimal optimization parameters, which provides data reference for the design of the mining head.
