| 主观性评价网上阅卷的范围不断扩大，评分误差控制限的确定是整个网上阅卷质量控制的难题.根据网上阅卷的随机性和独立性，通过评分数据的统计分解，建立了网上阅卷评分误差控制限的统计模型，解决了评分误差控制限的确定方法，并结合宁夏高考作文网上阅卷的现场进行了实际应用，对统计模型进行了实际评价与解释，该统计模型对于各种形式的主观性评价网上阅卷误差控制限的制定具有广泛的实际意义和应用价值. |

| With expending subjective evaluation online marking, how to determine the error bounds is a key problem in the quality control, based on its randomness and independence, through statistical decomposition score data, the statistical model was set up that of error bounds about subjective evaluation onlin marking, a method was given to determine the limits of error control, and its interpretation and application of the model in the Ning Xia had broad practical significance and value. |
