深部倾斜岩层巷道变形特征模拟与控制技术

摘要:
对深部倾斜岩层巷道存在的变形不对称和采用对称支护方式不能有效控制围岩变形的问题,在巷道围岩受力分析的基础上,结合曲江煤矿工程实践运用离散有限元模拟软件UDEC建立深部倾斜岩层巷道受力模型,对模型进行掘巷后不支护和采用传统方式支护的数值模拟.根据现场变形和模拟结果,提出采用非对称强化支护结合全断面锚索支护扩大围岩应力承载圈来保证巷道稳定,并对改进后支护方案进行数值模拟,数值模拟和现场工程实践均表明改进后支护方案能够有效地减小巷道围岩变形.

Simulation and control of deep roadway deformation characteristics within inclined rock strata

Abstract:
Aiming at the asymmetric deformation of deep roadway within inclined rock strata and the ineffective control of surrounding rock deformation under symmetric support, the stress analysis of roadway surrounding rock was combined with Qujiang Mine engineering practice to build a stress model of deep roadway within inclined rock strata by applying UDEC discrete finite element simulation software. Then the stress model was investigated by respective numerical simulation of nonsupport and traditional support after roadway driving. According to the field test and simulation result, the theory was put forward that roadway stability can be guaranteed by enlarging the surrounding rock stress load-bearing ring with the combination of asymmetric intensified support and whole section anchor cable support. Based on the numerical simulations and engineering practice, it was proved that of the improved support plan effectively decrease roadway surrounding rock deformation.
