炮箱是转管自动机的重要零件,在后坐过程中承受巨大冲击载荷.根据武器系统的轻量化要求与高强度需要,针对不同比厚度的炮箱,采用有限元分析方法,通过路径规划与数据映射,对轴向与周向的应力应变分布规律及其对炮箱可靠性以及对曲线导轨导转精度造成的影响进行研究;根据拓扑优化结果优化炮箱结构,经过对比,优化后的炮箱在满足轻量化与高强度要求方面具有更好的结构特征与应力分布. |

Abstract: |
Gun box withstand tremendous impact load in the process of recoil. According lightweight requirements of weapons systems with the needs of high-strength, the different thickness gun box was analysed by finite element analysis, through path planning and data mapping, strain distribution pattern of the axial and circumferential stress and stress conditions was studied to gun box reliability and precision guided turn the curve rail impact; and according to the results of the topology optimization to optimize the structure of the gun, contrast gun optimized to meet light weight and high strength requirements had better structural characteristicsand stress distribution. |
