基于整体式隔磁套电磁铁位移-力特性研究

摘要:
为了减小尺寸,设计了新型整体式隔磁套的直流电磁铁,采用非导磁的不锈钢材料制作隔磁套兼线圈骨架,减少漏磁并简化结构.建立新型整体式隔磁套直流电磁铁磁场的数学模型,利用Ansoft 仿真软件研究了其位移-力特性曲线,探讨了衔铁凸台结构参数对位移-力特性的影响.在额定功率8 W的情况下,得到轴向工作气隙1.2 mm,额定初始吸力30 N的位移-力特性.在此基础上,通过实验验证了新型直流电磁铁位移-力特性的仿真分析结果.

Force-displacement behavior of solenoid based onintegrated magnetic separation

Abstract:
To reduce the size, a new directing-current solenoid was designed based on integrated magnetic separation.The magnetic separation set made in stainless material not only can be used as a coil support frame but also canreduce the magnetic flux leakage and simplify structure. A steady state model of solenoid was established, the force-displacement characteristic was researched based on Ansoft simulationsoftware.The influence of armature boss’ structure parameters was performed for the force-displacement characteristic. In the case of 8 W rated power, the solenoid can get 30 N rated initial-suction when axial air gap is 1.2 mm.On this basis, the steady simulation analysis of the new directing-current solenoid was verified by experiment.
