散体材料桩用大粒径再生碎石力学试验研究

摘要:
针对大粒径再生碎石,根据散体材料桩对骨料各项要求,对再生碎石和混合碎石进行了大型三轴试验.针对工程常遇应变范围,给出再生碎石应力-应变关系的对数关系表达式,体应变-轴向应变关系可用抛物线方程拟合.根据试验结果探讨了试验现象内在机理,提出再生碎石适宜在高围压情况下作为沉管砂石桩骨料,混合碎石适宜作为散体材料桩骨料,试验结果对大粒径再生碎石拓展应用具有促进和借鉴作用.

Mechanical properties test study on large-grain diameter regeneration gravel of granular material pile

Abstract:
According to the aggregate requirements of granular material pile,physical tests and large-scale triaxial tests of large-grain diameter regeneration gravel and mixed gravel were conducted. A logarithmic formulation was presented that of the regeneration gravel stress-strain relationship in consideration of common strain range of engineering,and the relationship between the volume strain and the axial strain was close to parabola. The inherent mechanism of experimental phenomena was discussed, it argues that regeneration gravel was suitable as aggregate of pipe-drived sand-gravel pile,and mixed gravel was suitable as aggregate of granular material pile,this tests and results have a referential and promoting value to expand applications of large-grain diameter regeneration grave.
