用无机胶粘贴CFRP布加固损伤 RC连续梁受弯性能试验

摘要:
用无机胶粘贴一层CFRP布对2根损伤配筋混凝土连续梁进行抗弯加固.采用跨中加载的方式来测试加固后梁的抗弯性能,获得加固后梁的抗弯承载力、跨中荷载-位移曲线等试验数据.试验梁出现了纵向受拉钢筋先屈服,然后CFRP布被拉断的破坏模式.基本满足平截面假定.试验结果显示,用无机胶粘贴CFRP布加固损伤配筋混凝土构件是可行的.提出了用无机胶粘贴CFRP布加固受损配筋混凝土连续梁的抗弯承载力计算公式.

Experimental Research on Flexural Behavior of DamagedTwo-span RC Beam Strengthened with Inorganic Adhesive CFRP Sheets

Abstract:
An experimental study was presented on flexural bearing capacity of two damaged reinforced concrete (RC) beam strengthened with one layer carbon-fiber-reinforced-polymer (CFRP) sheets bonded with inorganic adhesive. The beam was subjected to a mid-span point bending test under load control. The flexural strength, ultimate states and load-deflection curve at mid-span of test beam were obtained. The failure mode was that the tensile longitudinal steel bars yield first, then CFRP sheets broke in tension. The plane-section assumption was applicable. The experimental results show that it is feasible to strengthen RC beams with CFRP sheets bonded with the inorganic resin. Practical calculation method of the flexural behavior of damaged RC continuous beams strengthened with the inorganic matrix CFRP sheets is established.
