Bridged cyclic compounds containing nitrogen atoms with special three-dimensional structures have broad application and important research significance in various fields such as medicine, materials, and supramolecular chemistry. In this paper, a method for constructing bridged cyclic compounds containing nitrogen atoms was established based on o-primaryaminobenzaldehyde and aromatic amine. Thirty-five 13-(benzothiazol-2-yl)-6H,12H-6,12-epiminodibenzo[b,f][1,5]diazocine derivatives with Y-shaped spatial structures were synthesized, and their bactericidal activity against seven crop bacterial diseases was tested. This approach has the advantages of mild reaction condition and easy availability of reactants. It provides new insight into the development of bridged cyclic compounds containing nitrogen atoms with novel structure and bactericidal activity. |
