      主动钻杆是海底钻机准确可靠加接和拧卸钻杆、实现高效钻进取芯的关键部件。因为海底钻机恶劣的作业环境,导致主动钻杆接头螺纹磨损加快、服役寿命缩短,甚至在海底钻进作业时就发生接卸不上或者连接失效等故障,严重影响海底钻机钻探可靠性和作业效率,所以,开展浑浊海水环境下海底钻机主动钻杆接头螺纹摩擦磨损模拟试验与研究,对于优化主动钻杆接头螺纹设计和加接和拧卸工艺具有重要意义。首先,分析海底钻机钻杆的接卸工艺与工作环境;然后,搭建钻机钻杆接卸模拟试验装置,进行钻杆接头螺纹磨损的影响因素分析与试验设计;最后,开展钻机主动钻杆接头螺纹摩擦磨损模拟试验。结果表明:在钻杆接卸扣过程中,各因素对钻杆接头螺纹磨损行为影响程度为环境>预紧扭矩>上卸扣转速;在不同试验环境中,钻杆接头螺纹的磨损量为海水环境>清水环境>空气环境;钻杆接头螺纹的磨损量随着预紧扭矩和浑浊海水中海底沉积物浓度的增大而增大;主动钻杆接头螺纹的磨损机理主要为磨粒磨损、腐蚀磨损以及粘着磨损,且磨损主要集中在螺纹小端的齿顶面。研究结果为海底钻机主动钻杆接头螺纹的结构优化设计以及耐磨性能的优化提供了试验数据参考。

      The active drill pipe is the key component of the offshore drilling rig to connect and unscrew the drill pipe accurately and reliably, and to realize the high-efficiency drilling core. Because of the harsh operating environment of the undersea drilling rig, the thread wear of the active drill pipe joint is accelerated, and the service life is shortened, therefore, the simulation test and research on the friction and wear of the active drill pipe joint of the undersea drilling rig in turbid sea water were carried out, it is of great significance to optimize the thread design of active drill pipe joint and the process of joining and unscrewing. Firstly, the technology and working environment of drill pipe connection and unloading are analyzed, then, the simulation test device of drill pipe connection and unloading is built, and the influencing factors of drill pipe connection thread wear are analyzed and the test design is carried out, the friction and wear simulation test of drill pipe joint was carried out. The results show that the influence of various factors on the thread wear behavior of the drill pipe joint is environment > preload torque > turn speed of the upper thread during the process of the drill pipe connection and the influence of various factors on the thread wear behavior of the drill pipe joint is environmental > preload torque > turn speed of the upper thread, the wear amount of drill pipe joint thread is sea water environment > clean water environment > air environment, and the wear amount of drill pipe joint thread increases with the increase of pre-tightening torque and sediment concentration in turbid seawater The wear mechanism of drill pipe joint thread is mainly abrasive wear, corrosion wear and adhesive wear, and the wear is mainly concentrated on the tip of the thread. The research results provide the experimental data reference for the optimization design of the structure of the active drill pipe joint thread and the optimization of the wear resistance.
