      井下直接测定煤层瓦斯含量的准确性关键在于煤芯损失瓦斯量的合理估算。采用煤芯管取样测定瓦斯含量时,采样深度对损失瓦斯量具有一定影响。为了定量研究取样过程中采样深度对损失瓦斯量的影响,研发了一套取芯管管壁自动测温装置,对不同采样深度下取芯管管壁温度进行了现场测试,并基于取芯试验条件,开展了煤芯瓦斯解吸模拟试验。结果表明:取样过程中管壁温度经历相对稳定、缓慢上升、快速上升和缓慢下降4个阶段;随着采样深度的增加,取样温度升高,解吸瓦斯量增大,但取样温度对瓦斯解吸的影响效应逐渐在减弱;随着采样深度的增加,采样时间加长,损失瓦斯量增大,但采样深度达到30m后,损失瓦斯量变化很小,瓦斯含量值趋于稳定,表明采样深度30m为煤芯管取样的最佳采样深度。

      The key to the accuracy of the directly determining coalbed gas content in the mine depends on the reasonable estimation of coal core gas loss. When coal core tube is used to determine the gas content, the sampling depth has an effect on the losing gas content in coal seam. In order to quantitatively study the influence of sampling depth on the gas loss during the sampling process, the coring tube wall temperature was tested in the field at different sampling depths, and a simulation test of coal gas desorption was carried out based on the conditions of the coring test. The results show that the coring tube wall temperature during the sampling process undergoes four stages: relatively stable, slowly increasing, rapidly increasing and slowly decreasing. As the sampling depth increases, the sampling temperature increases and the amount of gas desorption increases, but the effect of sampling temperature on gas desorption is gradually weakening. With the increase of sampling depth, the sampling time is longer, which results in an increase in gas loss. However, after the sampling depth reaches 30m, the change in gas loss is very small, and the value of gas content tends to be stabilized, which indicates that the sampling depth of 30m is the optimal sampling depth of coal core tube sampling.
