      为了研究具有混晶组织的轧制AZ31镁合金板材中细晶、粗晶和孪晶对其腐蚀行为的影响,对轧制AZ31镁合金混晶板材进行组织观测和电化学腐蚀实验。结果表明:轧制温度为370℃平均应变速率为4.0s-1时的混晶板材由于具有较大的细晶占比、较小的粗晶占比和孪晶密度,并且在阳极极化过程中产生了明显的拐点,因此其耐腐蚀性最好;在混晶AZ31镁合金板材中,组织特征中的细晶占比大、粗晶占比小和孪晶密度小,对耐腐蚀性具有明显的积极作用;在板材RD-TD边缘组织结果中分布的晶粒尺寸越粗大,极化电阻越小,腐蚀电流越大,耐腐蚀性越差。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the effect of fine grain, coarse grain and twins on the corrosion behavior of rolled AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet with mixed grain structure, the electrochemical corrosion experiment and microstruction observation were carried out in AZ31 magnesium rolled sheets with mixed grains. The results show that the sheet, rolled at 370℃ with an average strain rate of 4.0s-1, has the best corrosion resistance. This attributes to related high proportion of fine grain, low proportion of coarse grain and twin density, and the formation of compacted corrosion production during anodizing process. Corrosion resistance is not only determined by the propertion of fine grain, coarse grain and twin density, but also depended on the microstructure distribution. In the mixed crystal AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet, the proportion of fine grains in the microstructure characteristics is large, the proportion of coarse grains is small and the twin density is small, which has a significant positive effect on the corrosion resistance. The coarser the grain size distributed in the RD-TD edge structure of the plate, the smaller the polarization resistance, the larger the corrosion current, and the worse the corrosion resistance.
