    摘要:

    生态环境问题是影响人类生存和社会经济发展的基本问题.近年来,随着全球气候变暖、空气污染严重、水土流失加剧等一系列环境问题的出现,人们逐渐认识到良好的生态环境是人类能够得以生存发展的必要条件之一.根据环泉州湾地区生态环境特点,利用GIS和RS技术,对评价数据进行处理,采用综合指数模型对该区域的生态环境进行综合评价.研究表明:环泉州湾地区总体生态环境状况良好,在作五级划分的各等级中,第Ⅲ等级以上面积占86.81%,其中第Ⅱ等级的比例最高,主导着整个区域生态环境现状的水平,但仍有部分地区生态环境状况较差,需要引起人们重视.同时表明,基于GIS和RS技术的生态环境综合评价的方法和理论具有很强的探索性和开拓性:利用该技术对区域生态环境进行综合评价,具有获取数据方便、快速的特点;栅格叠加功能,使评价结果更准确;空间表达功能使评价结果显示更直观,更容易被接受.

    Abstract:

    The ecological environment problem is the fundamental problems affecting human survival and development of social economy. In recent years, with the emergence of a series of environmental problems such as global warming, air pollution, soil erosion, lack of fresh water resources and so on, it has been known gradually that a good ecological environment is one of the necessary conditions for existence and development of human being. By using GIS and RS technology, the basic data were processed in order to extract the matic information. Moreover, a comprehensive evaluation using comprehensive index model was established based on the full understanding of the characteristics of the ecological environment of the Quanzhou Bay area. Research shows that the ecological environment of Quanzhou Bay area is good in general. In every rank as the five level of division, the third grade above area accounts for 86.81%.The second grade has the highest proportion, leading the level of whole situation for regional ecological environment. But there is still poor partial district in need of attention. It also shows that the theory and method of comprehensive evaluation on ecological environment based on GIS and RS technology has a strong exploratory and pioneering: using GIS and RS method for the comprehensive evaluation of the regional ecological environment, the data acquisition has the characteristics of convenient and fast. Raster overlay function can make the evaluation results more accurate. Spatial expression function can make the evaluation results more direct viewing and more likely to accept.
