    摘要:

    为了研究电锤钻头直径与工作介质加载刚度对电锤冲击系统的影响,采用冲击机械系统波动力学数值计算方法,计算7种直径钻头(直径12~38 mm范围内)分别凿入6种工作介质(单位长度钻刃加载刚度在1.16~2.88 MN/m范围内)时电锤冲击系统受力和凿入效率.研究表明,钻头直径与工作介质加载刚度对冲锤、冲杆的受力状态基本不产生影响,对钻头的受力状态会产生显著影响;随着钻头直径的增大或工作介质加载刚度的减小,电锤冲击系统的凿入效率降低.研究结论可为电锤冲击系统的设计和电锤的选型提供一定的理论依据.

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of drill diameter and working medium load stiffness to an electric hammer impact system, the force and drilling efficiency were calculated with numerical computation method of mechanical impact system. In the process of computation,seven kinds of drills and six kinds of working mediums were adopted.It shows that drill diameter and working medium load stiffness have no effect to the stress in the punch hammer or punch pole, but they have an important influence to the stress in the punch drill. With the increase of the diameter or the increase of the working medium load stiffness, drilling efficiency decline.For the same type of other electric hammer’s design and selection,the results have a theoretical guidance significance.
