Abstract:Rotating film oven was used to heat No.70 heavy traffic road asphalt to simulate asphalt aging, six heating tests of 0, 40, 85, 180, 240 and 300 min were carried and the relationship were gotten, that of the “three index” and asphalt four components of before and after aging. Mathematical statistic method was used to analyze the experimental data. The analysis results indicate that:as the aging time increasing , the penetration and ductility of No.70 heavy traffic road asphalt are decreasing exponentially, but the asphalt’s softening point is increasing exponentially. The increasing rate of penetration is less than that of the ductility. From the results of analysis,changing regularity of asphalt four components are also gotten: as the aging time increasing ,the contents of saturate and aromatic are both decreasing, but the contents of asphaltene and resin are both increasing, and the increasing speed of resin is the faster.
