With the development of science technology and the application of GIS,using means of science and technology to improve the hotel management is undoubtedly an effective path. A hotel management system was designed based on MIS and GIS. The system not only played MIS’s good functions to manage attribute information, but also played GIS’s good functions to manage, analysis and explore information. To integrate GIS and MIS is a new way to manage hotel information, which illustrated two parts: In MIS, the inputting, modifying,deleting, querying and displaying to the information of to manage various of information; In GIS, the spatial query and the shortest path analysis was realized by inputting geo-location service model.
