    摘要:

    矸石充填材料的压缩力学特性关系到原生矸石充填开采的充填效果,为全面研究矸石充填材料的压缩力学特性从而提高矸石充填开采的充填效果,在实验室进行了不同粒径、不同级配的矸石压缩力学试验.试验结果表明,连续级配矸石抵抗变形能力最好,不连续级配矸石次之,单粒径矸石抵抗变形能力最弱;当采用不连续级配方案时,细料含量在30%时,矸石充填材料抵抗变形能力最强;当采用连续级配方案时,n=0.4时的矸石充填材料抵抗变形能力最强.在试验基础上,提出了粗料在矸石充填材料抵抗变形的过程中,主要是起到了增加矸石颗粒间相互滑动的摩擦力的作用,而细料(粒径<5 mm)则主要是起到充填矸石颗粒间空隙的作用.因此,为更好地提高矸石充填体抵抗变形的能力,应使矸石颗粒的粗料与细料相配合,从而有效提高原生矸石充填开采的充填效果.

    Abstract:

    The filling material of gangue has a significance influence on the filling effect of primary gangue backfill mining, in order to improve the filling effect of primary gangue backfill mining, the compression mechanical experimental of gangue of different particle size and different gradation were done in laboratory. The experimental results show that the ability to resist compression of continuous graded gangue is the best, and the ability of discontinuous graded gangue is better than the single particle gangue; when using the discontinuous gradation plan, the ability to resist compression is the best when there are 30 percent fines; when using the continuous gradation plan, the ability to resist compression is the best when n=0.4. Based on the experimental results, in the process of gangue compression, the main effect of coarse material is add the fiction force during gangue particles mutual sliding, and the main effect of fines is filling the space between the gangue particles. Therefore, in order to improve the ability of gangue to resist compression, the coarse material and the fines should cooperate well, and this effectively improve the filling effect of primary gangue backfill mining.
