    摘要:

    高速焊接技术在造船、石油化工、电力、冶金、汽车等领域应用越来越广泛,焊接凝固过程易产生热裂纹,现有焊接热裂纹检测主要依靠焊后检验,不能为焊接凝固热裂纹的抑制提供在线、准确的关键信息.阐述声发射检测技术应用于高速焊接凝固热裂纹的在线检测的主要特点和难点,分别综述和分析了声发射动力学模型,复杂噪声背景下声发射信号微弱特征信息提取及热裂纹状态智能识别的国内外研究进展,指出声发射技术应用于焊接凝固热裂纹检测面临的关键问题,并讨论解决这些关键问题的途径.

    Abstract:

    High-speed welding technology are widely used in shipbuilding,petrochemical,power, metallurgy,automobile and other fields.Welding hot crack under transient thermal impact and mechanical constraint are easy to be appeared in welding process.The existing detections for hot crack mainly rely on the offline means after welding,which is absence of the online,accurate critical information for inhibition of the hot weld crack.The characteristics and difficulty of the online acoustic emission detection method applied to the hot weld crack were discussed.The inland and overseas research advances were reviewed from the acoustic emission dynamics model of welding hot crack,the modern signal analysis methods for acoustic emission signal of welding hot crack and advanced pattern recognition method.The existing key problems in the current research for the welding hot crack detection were pointed out and the approaches to these problems were discussed.
