    摘要:

    考虑齿轮泵性能与影响性能的重要因素端面间隙,探讨性能、间隙与公差之间的映射关系.引入最优间隙的概念,定义新函数为装配间隙与最优间隙之差,以新函数与齿轮泵性能为目标函数,各关键零部件的公差加工精度为约束,建立公差优化模型,利用上述优化模型计算出齿轮泵齿轮机构与装配组成环的公差,为齿轮泵公差优化设计提供了依据,最后以某型号齿轮泵为例,验证该模型的有效性.

    Abstract:

    Considering the gear pump performance and the important factors influencing the performance end clearance, the mapping relationship was discussed between performance, clearance and tolerance. The concept of the optimal clearance was introduced, a new function was defined for the assembly and the difference between the optimal clearance, clearance with new function and gear pump performance as objective function, the tolerance of key parts machining accuracy as constraint, tolerance optimization model was established, using the above optimization model to calculate the gear pump gear mechanism and the assembling tolerance of ring, it provides the basis for the gear pump tolerance optimization design, finally, a type of gear pump, as an example, verify the validity of the model.
