Abstract:To reduce the size, a new directing-current solenoid was designed based on integrated magnetic separation.The magnetic separation set made in stainless material not only can be used as a coil support frame but also canreduce the magnetic flux leakage and simplify structure. A steady state model of solenoid was established, the force-displacement characteristic was researched based on Ansoft simulationsoftware.The influence of armature boss’ structure parameters was performed for the force-displacement characteristic. In the case of 8 W rated power, the solenoid can get 30 N rated initial-suction when axial air gap is 1.2 mm.On this basis, the steady simulation analysis of the new directing-current solenoid was verified by experiment.
