等离子喷涂Mo涂层在常温至300 ℃的干摩擦磨损性能

    摘要:

    采用大气等离子喷涂在45钢表面制备了Mo涂层,研究了Mo涂层的微观结构和力学性能,并考察了涂层与GCr15球对摩时在常温至300 ℃时的干摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:等离子喷涂制备的Mo涂层较致密,涂层与基体结合良好,涂层的平均硬度为329.0 HV.随着环境温度的升高,涂层的摩擦因素和体积磨损率均逐渐增加.Mo涂层在室温和300 ℃时的摩擦因素分别为0.52和1.14.涂层在300 ℃时的体积磨损率为11.2×10-5 mm3/N·m是常温下的5倍.随着环境温度的增加,等离子喷涂Mo涂层的层间剥落、氧化和粘着磨损逐渐加剧.

    Abstract:

    Mo coating was prepared on 45 steel by atmospheric plasma spraying. The microstructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance from room temperature to 300 ℃ of the Mo coating were investigated. The results show the microstructure of the Mo coating is dense and the coating and substrate bond well. The hardness of the Mo coating is 329.0 HV. With the increase of temperature, the friction coefficient and the wear rate of Mo coating increase. The friction coefficients of the Mo coating tested at room temperature and 300 ℃ are 0.52 and 1.14, respectively. The wear rate of the Mo coating tested at 300 ℃ 11.2×10-5 mm3/N·m, it is five times as that of room temperature. With the temperature increases, the splat de-lamination, oxidation wear and adhesive wear of Mo coating become more serious.
