    摘要:

    为降低危化品仓储风险,依据国家安全生产法和危险化学品管理相关条例,结合我国危化品仓储安全现状和安全事故“4M”因素,构建以人员素质、危化品物质因素、安全管理能力、环境因素为准则层的危化品仓储安全等级评价指标体系,将模糊综合评判(Fuzzy)和层次分析法(AHP)有机结合起来,建立了危化品仓储安全等级综合评价模型,通过实例应用研究表明,该评价方法能够用来分析评价危化品仓储安全等级,且对于提高现代危化品企业仓储的安全等级具有一定的指导作用.

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the risk of hazardous chemicals storage, based on the national safety production law and regulations on the management of hazardous chemicals, combined with the current situation of hazardous chemicals storage in our country and safety accident "4M" factor, the security level evaluation index system of hazardous chemicals storage was established, taking the environmental factors, personnel quality, material factors of hazardous chemicals and safety management abilityan as the criterion layer. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (Fuzzy) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was combined, a comprehensive evaluation model of hazardous chemicals storage security was established. Through an example application research, the result shows that the evaluation method can be used to analyze and evaluate the security level of hazardous chemicals storage. And it has a certain guiding role for improving the security level of the modern hazardous chemical enterprise storage.
