Abstract:An intrinsically safe solenoid hydraulic valve was designed with the resistance 220 Ω and the rated stroke 2.3 mm.On the basis of the empirical formula,the structure size of the solenoid was preliminarily designed.The structure of the solenoid was simulated by Ansoft software.The static characteristic curve were obtained.An experimental prototype of the solenoid was developed.The test showed that the experimental data agree with the simulative results.It showed that the intrinsically safe solenoid met the design requirements.
